Refugee children spend an average of 5 years in displacement. That’s 5 years in and out of schools; 5 years where their “playground” is a refugee camp surrounded by barbed wire; 5 years of uncertainty, waiting for a place to call home.
Yet, the children in our partner organization’s Youth Program continue to dream big. Like all children, their imagination runs free.
From educational and social-emotional to athletic and artistic, the activities in our partner organization’s Youth Program are inspired by children, for children. They offer refugees the opportunity to discover their passions, connect with new communities, and choose their future!
